This is the second public Fuega Dance. A milonga alternative — tango and related dancing to music outside the traditional tango canon. Jazz, soul, rock, edgy contemporary. DJ set curated around danceability, not category.
Come with a partner or come alone. Watch first. Ask someone to dance. The room is built for low-pressure connection — Downside Up is a non-alcoholic night café, which keeps the energy steady.
Hosted by Brady Hugins with Aniessa and Gail, who own and operate Downside Up.

David Liu runs Sunday Tango in Mesa, weekly at 12:30 PM. Proper tango instruction + practice time. Good preparation for Fuega if you're new.
